almost... but not quite

so the bread sticks turned out to be very tasty... i enjoyed them as did Ais... Chris thought they needed to be baked longer.
they are not however Craigo's.... i recall Craigo's having a sourdoughness to them... these did not have that element... maybe i am remembering wrong.
i did enjoy them and will make them again... tweeked a littlle- a little less salt and using mozzerella--- which i didn't have (thought I did- but didn't).
i will also bake a little pan for Chris- that is more done.... i like the super softness of these.

I remember a sour-doughyness also.... but bread and cheese, perfect!
