We made it....
Chris is a little worse for the wear-- as in jet lag!
I am doing OK.... I made myself stay up until 9pm on Tuesday (we got back about 3 pm) and i was a total zombie! then slept some and got up at about 8 am... i have not let myself nap... so still have a foggy brain but am functioning... barely.
Chris is up all night and sleeping in the afternoon.

Well.... we came home to about 500 voice messages... one was from the new executive sec....
our ward split about 2 weeks ago. We are part of the brand new ward. Chris and i met with the bishop last night and i was called to be the YW pres... ;-)
i love the youth (HATE camp) but i will love being with the girls.

Also last night Spencer and fam, mom and dad, Tiff, and Karla and her 3 oldest came over for a BBQ. It was very low key... burgers, dogs, and brats.. baked beans, chips, watermelon and cantaloupe, cookies and ice cream.
we had a fire in the fire pit in the evening. It was sooo good to see Spence! He looked good and happy.
