we have made 4 offers on 4 very different houses... all had multiple offers and we did not get any of them..... i thought this was a buyers market????

we have decided to build a house--- well, not us personally!
We are having Feildstone Homes build. We will be in the Jordan Willows subdivision in Lehi.
We will have an unfinished basement.

We are hoping to get all the paper work done this week so they can start building soon!
