Holy Cow---
Every time I turn around and month has passed and I have not posted anything.
part of me likes to think it is because nothing happens in my life-- that is not really true.
I am LOVING teaching. I can't believe I get to be with these great students and chat and have good and challenging discussing about ethics in medical care (often applying to their lives in general). Truly- what a blessing in my life.
I am in the process of a tiara for my tooth- YIKES--
this really reinforces good oral hygiene!
I was in quite a bit of pain for 4-5 days (AKA- REALLY grumpy)
I called the dentist and he got me in the next day...
They did x-rays and then sent me to a specialist for an emergency root canal!
My anxiety level was sky high--- I cried in the car as I was driving myself to the appointment.
2.5 hours and only a few million tears later- Voila- no more pain
I get the permanent crown next week.... then no more dentist for 6 months! ;-)
Chris' brother got married on the 9th... it was so good to see his family all together especially for such a happy reason.
It brought so many memories of my own beautiful wedding. I can't believe it has been two years. At times it feels like a million and at times it feels like only a few months. I love being married to this great and dear man. he is my friend, my confidant, my counselor, and my nemesis when I am grumpy and he bears it all with grace and a good nature.
