this past weekend was busy- as it always is when we have the kids...
there are just so many things I like to do with them and so little time.
So Friday for dinner we decided to have pizza.... on the grill.
Chris has a couple of pizza screens and we (Lach) fired up the grill and made the pizza dough (thanks Sassy!) and we each made our own pizza...
It was so yummy and easy....
there was a tiny learning curve for how hot to make the coals and the first pizza was done---maybe even a little over done but still really good.
We got that nice smoky goodness like from a brick oven and they cooked in about 5 minutes over a 4-5 second fire.
We will definitely be doing that again!
