Gingerbread Day in our house!
As a special treat Chris (the morning person) makes breakfast on Saturdays. This morning I was awoken by Lachlan saying "come on get up.... Dad is making gingerbread waffles" I asked if they were waiting for me and Lach said " no... but i am sure dad will make is wait for you---so hurry up". Ahhhh the true love of a teenager! ;-)
Anyway so I make it upstairs with bedhead and lo and behold there was the table set with super yummy gingerbread waffles....
We will have to add this to the gingerbread celebrations every month.
