memorable

At the conference this afternoon I ran into one of my teachers from Virgina!!!
I was so surprised and excited to see her.
She is a wonderful teacher.
I introduced myself and she said
"Oh I remember you"
I was so flattered---- How nice to think that I am memorable
then she said
" you went to Hawaii for spring break and got a really really bad sunburn"
Oh well----
At least I made in impression ;-)

I remember that really really bad sunburn. It was so much fun to get it. But alas not so much fun to have it.

what great memories of college. I know your prof remembered you for far more than the pasty, sun burnt "A" student! I imagine you are one of the real 'paydays' for teachers to see how well their student turned out and the lives the teacher has a hand in changing. Who would have imagined you would now be peers (almost) with the PhD's that taught you.
